14C CAPSULE BREATH TEST KIT
14C Urea Breath Test Kit
The C14 urea breath test kit is a tool for H. pylori testing in the stomach, commonly used to test whether patients have been eradicated after H. pylori treatment, which has a positive significance in the prevention of gastritis, gastric cancer and other diseases.
The C14 urea breath test kit contains C14 Urea capsules and a breath collection card. When the subject takes the capsule, the urease enzyme secreted by H. pylori breaks down the urea to produce 14C-labeled carbon dioxide, which circulates in the bloodstream and is exhaled from the lungs. The patient blows into a collection card in the cartridge, which is inserted into a detector to diagnose H. pylori infection. The C14 H. pylori urea test kit procedure is non-invasive, painless, convenient and rapid, with high diagnostic accuracy (>95%), high safety and no side effects, and is also suitable for quantitative testing.

Urea Breath Test Kit
A urea breath test machine is a medical device that is commonly used to diagnose a current H. pylori infection and to confirm that H. pylori has been eradicated after treatment. Our urea breath test analyzers are highly sensitive, with an accuracy rate of up to 95%, and diagnostic reports are issued within 3~5 minutes. They also help subjects to reduce the cost of testing, which is 60~80% cheaper than conventional gastroscopy tests.
How the Urea Breath Analyzer Works
The patient first collects a baseline breath sample and then drinks a cup of urea solution containing a labeled carbon isotope (e.g., C13 or C14). After about 15 to 30 minutes, the patient provides another breath sample. The final step is monitoring and analysis, where the urea breath test detector analyzes the carbon dioxide (CO2) content of the breath sample. If the patient is infected with Helicobacter pylori, these bacteria break down urea to produce carbon dioxide. Labeled carbon isotopes are detected by the UBT in the breath sample to confirm H. pylori infection.
Different Detection Principles of The UBT Analyzers
13C UBT Analyzer
This type of urea breath test analyzer is a six-channel detection instrument that can automatically test 6 sets of samples simultaneously. This Hp urea breath analyzer uses the slight differences in the absorption peak positions of 13CO2 and 12CO2 in the infrared region to measure the concentrations of 13CO2 and 12CO2 in the samples. To determine whether the subject is infected with Helicobacter pylori, the change in the isotopic abundance of 13CO2 in the breath sample relative to its natural abundance, expressed as DOB (‰), is calculated by this type of urea breath test diagnostic equipment.
14C UBT Analyzer
After the subject takes the [14C]-labeled urea capsule orally if Helicobacter pylori is present in the subject’s stomach, the urease produced by it decomposes urea [14C] into 14CO₂. This type of urea breath test analyzer determines negative and positive by detecting the presence or absence of 14CO2 in the sample, which releases beta rays.
Features of C13 Helicobacter Pylori Test Kit
1. Get A Diagnostic Report in 3~5 Minutes
The helicobacter pylori detection analyzer provides results within 3~5 minutes.
2. Save 60%~80% on Costs
When compared to other methods for the detection of H. pylori, the cost of using the H. pylori Breath Test is 60% to 80% less.
3. Diagnostic Accuracy up to 95%
With more than 95% accuracy, Headway Hp urea breath test analyzers are highly sensitive.
