13C Urea Hp Breath Test Analyzer (HCBT-01)
13C-urea HP breath test analyzer(HCBT-01) is a medical device to diagnose H. pylori urea breath test results. It is commonly used to analyze whether a patient is infected with H. pylori and whether H. pylori is eradicated after treatment.
The C13 breath test analyzer (HCBT-01) is a six-channel detection instrument that can automatically test 6 sets of samples simultaneously. This Hp urea breath analyzer uses the slight differences in the absorption peak positions of ¹³CO₂ and ¹²CO₂ in the infrared region to measure the concentrations of ¹³CO₂ and ¹²CO₂ in the samples. To determine whether the subject is infected with Helicobacter pylori, the change in the isotopic abundance of ¹³CO₂ in the breath sample relative to its natural abundance, expressed as DOB (‰), is calculated by C13 urea breath test diagnostic equipment.
Get Diagnostic Result <3 Minutes
- The C13 urea helicobacter pylori detection analyzer provides results in 3 minutes with rapid detection speed.
6 Sets of Samples at Once
- The C13 urea helicobacter pylori detection analyzer has 6 detection channels, allowing it to automatically test 6 sets of samples at once and print batch test reports.
PbSe Infrared Sensitive Detection
- The Carbon13 UBT detector (HCBT-01) can detect low concentrations of C13-labeled carbon dioxide.
Features of the C13 Urea Helicobacter Pylori Detection Analyzer
Non-invasive Testing
– The urea breath test process for detecting Helicobacter pylori is non-invasive and painless, diagnosing the subject’s breath sample on the 13C UBT test tester, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout.
Convenience
– The 13C UBT device connects to a PC and operates with one-click button.
Low-Maintenance
– The C13 breath test analyzer (HCBT-01) offers stable performance and low maintenance requirements.
Ease of Use
– The 13CO2 urea breath analyzer(HCBT-01) features database management and network printing.
13C UBT Rapid Analyzer Operation Steps
1. Turn on the 13C UBT Device
Please turn on the power, connect the C13 urea breath test instrument to the computer with the USB cable, connect the external printer, and turn on its power.
2. Open the Software
Start the 13C UBT Device HCBT-01 software on the computer, enter the user name and password (the default password is “1”), and click login. The status bar icon turns green to indicate a successful connection.
3. 13C Detector Self-test
After powering on, the instrument will warm up and self-test, when the interface shows “System self-test is finished, please insert the sample for testing”, the 13c detector is ready to use.
4. Sampling
Write the subject’s information on the air collection bag. After the patient breathes calmly, hold the breath for more than 15 seconds, and then follow the steps below:
a. Hold your breath and slowly blow most of the gas into the light blue bag, close the lid tightly, and mark it as a bottom gas sample.
b. The subject drinks 80-100 ml of water takes one urea [¹³C] capsule and wait for 30 minutes.
c. After 30 minutes, collect the sample gas sample in a light pink gas collection bag in the same manner as the bottom gas sample.
5. Inserting the Sample
Insert the base gas sample into the Baseline port of the 13C helicobacter pylori detector and the sample gas sample into the Sample port (up to 6 sets of samples). The status light on the interface turns green to indicate successful insertion. 6.
6. Input Information and Test
Enter the subject’s information into the C13 urea breath detection analyzer and start the test. Click on the option labeled “Select All” for the channel number, input the subject’s information into the corresponding “Patient Information” field, and then click “Start Measurement.” The 13C UBT analyzer (HCBT-1)will automatically test each sample and provide results.
7. Print the Report
After each sample is tested, select the record to be printed by clicking “View Test Report/View Pending Information/New Pending Information,” and then click the “Report Print” button on the 13C Helicobacter pylori detector(HCBT-1). The external printer will print the test report.

C14 Urea Breath Test Analyzer (HUBT-20P)
The 14C urea breath test analyzer (HUBT-20P) is an instrument used by medical institutions to detect Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in the human stomach.
After the subject takes the [14C]-labeled urea capsule orally if Helicobacter pylori is present in the subject’s stomach, the urease produced by it decomposes urea [14C] into 14CO₂. The 14C UBT deivce uses the ionization method to detect the content of [14C] in the exhaled gas, which can be used to diagnose whether the subject is infected with Helicobacter pylori.
